When Can You Return a Product?
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
How to Return a Product

- We will provide instructions for returning the product safely.
Condition of Returned Products
- Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (except in cases of damage).
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other valid returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Refunds After Return
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
